Bounce
Bounce is a quirky ping pong bar and restaurant with 2 venues in Old Street and Farringdon, London. The ultimate party games experience, bounce offers a different take on the usual night out, and even offers personal 'Games Gurus' to host your night to make sure everyone has fun.
The Challenge
Bounce use one of our tech partners, Wi5, to help guests easily order food and drink to their table on their phone. Great for guests who are mid-game to quickly order some refreshments without having to leave their game and head to the bar. They needed a way to drive awareness of this new feature.
Our Insights
Promotional material and QR codes were posted around the venue, but a simpler way of accessing the order and pay service was needed.
Our Solution
Wireless Social set the URL as the online redirect so once guests had signed into the WiFi, the order & pay page loaded immediately and guests could select their drinks and pay online.
Great guest experience, and an increase in revenue for Bounce!
