Main focus of the role

To provide support and structure for major accounts and New Business Sales teams, ensuring that Sales administrative deliverables are supported that will enable Wireless Social to maintain efficiencies, providing exceptional customer service.

The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Director and Senior Client Director in ensuring our top accounts are processed and invoiced correctly and report and escalate any issues identified.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination and organisation is the key to delivering on service and the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Managing the administrative deliverables for the T1 Sales E2E process and working with the customers to ensure we have no gaps that could impact service
  • Creating quotes / orders / subscriptions and invoicing on WS CRM
  • Bespoke documentation – quotes / Service Agreements / invoices
  • Bespoke invoicing monthly (if required)
  • Maintaining customer venue records on WS CRM
  • Maintaining customer subscription records
  • Maintaining the renewal matrix
  • Regular reconciling numbers of licences purchased to hardware in portal
  • Support Account Management and the Finance team with the chasing outstanding accounts
  • Deliver on revenue generation by making sure invoices are raised correctly, within correct timelines and ensuring that correct licence fees are being charged etc
  • Escalate any risks and issues that may impact on the delivery of an account or impacts the ability for business to deliver on its strategy
  • Support the removal of barriers from Sales processes as part of Continuous Improvements
  • Support the Sales Director and Senior Client Director in delivering our Sales strategy

You must have

  • Excellent knowledge of the Wireless Social product, its capabilities, potential and opportunities
  • Exceptional knowledge of the WS CRM system
  • Customer centricity – ensure we are adding value and ensure the customer is at the forefront of all decisions
  • Tenacious and agile – Wireless Social is a company that is having to adapt to an evolving market post COVID19, we need to be flexible and adaptable to new ways of working
  • Being results oriented – achieving KPI’s are critical to Wireless Social strategy
  • Having excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Having excellent communications skills and being a team player
  • Having the ability to work under pressure and be able to change team direction when required
  • Being a self-starter with ability to prioritise team and individual workloads
  • Fast learner and developing experience of project management skills, principles, software and tools to help with the coordination of Sales deliverables

Key relationships

  • You will report directly to the Head of HR & Wellbeing on all matters to do with your role
  • Work closely with teams directly responsible for the customer journey to ensure strategic model is maintained
  • Build strong working relationships across all WS teams
